| Our country’s agricultural technology extension organization has experienced many changes since the China establishment.Each change has promoted the agricultural development. The domestic and foreign research human resources analysis of the agricultural extension system of agricultural extension staff is very little, unable to provide reference for government decision-making. The purpose of this study is the analysis of the agricultural extension staff competence. First, use the competency research ideas of extension staff competence, discusses the composition. Based on literature research, the latest achievement of competency, the research make the six dimension model of agricultural extension staff:agricultural knowledge and skills, information collection and feedback, teaching ability, market policy guidance, dedication and summary and innovation ability. Through the questionnaire research, the use of exploring the competency model method for analysis and confirmatory factor analysis on the agricultural extension workers are analyzed and verified. The analysis results are in good agreement with the design, and verified the two order model of competence of agricultural extension staff.According to the questionnaire data, using the analysis of variance, find out the differences between the extension staff competence in a different context. Finally, the research on the results were discussed, and pointed out the shortcomings and future research directions. |
