In this paper, a project supporting area "Dalian coastal Silver Beach" cultural tourism zone as a case study in risk management, using the case study method, document analysis, expert interviews and the specific case, on the "specific risk problems in coastal Silver Beach" in project analysis, combined with the risk identification, assessment of real estate projects dealing with the corresponding theoretical research.
