| In this paper, the enterprise human resource training research is comprehensively elaborated. As a private-owned enterprise group engaged in the real estate development, Nuocheng Group has achieved the leap-forward development in recent year; however, due to the negligence of human resource training work, the employees can’t keep pace with corporate development in terms of their professional knowledge, management skills and working attitudes. The existing human resource training has already been unable to meet the demands of fierce market competition; so it is urgent for Nuocheng Group to improve and optimize human resource training, reform human resource training system, so as to ensure the sustainable development of the company.Firstly, in this paper, the research purpose and significance, research thoughts and route maps are analyzed and elaborated; and the existing HR training researches at home and abroad are summarized; Nuocheng Group is taken as the research object in this paper, all kinds of problems and difficulties in terms of HR talent training are mainly studied. In the whole research process, a variety of ways are used for studying and getting the first-hand information and data, so as to ensure the accuracy of the research conclusions; the questionnaire survey and statistical analysis are used as the main research methods to analyze the existing organizational structure and human resource situation of Nuocheng Group; meanwhile, from the perspective of training types, training process and training resources, the in-depth study and argumentation are made on the existing system of Nuocheng Group; according to the actual situations, a complete solution is made, so as to provide a set of well-established system for the company. The training system includes the following aspects:firstly, the concrete analysis on the corporate training needs; secondly, the planning and design for the whole human resource training in the company; thirdly, the implementation and evaluation of the training. Through the above system construction, the implementation supporting measures of human resource training system for Nuocheng Group are finally proposed. In this paper, the theory and practice are taken into account at the same time, so that the human resource training of Nuocheng Group is discussed and studied from a new and higher perspective. |
