Research On Relationship Between Knowledge Integration And Product Innovation Performance Under Different Innovation Mode

In the era of knowledge economy, knowledge has become the source of competitive advantage,but the advantage is easily dissipated, so companies need conduct knowledge innovation continuously to maintain their competitive advantage. Companies can not have all the knowledge and resources, so they need to combine knowledge from various sources for rapid and continuous technological improvement, new product development and service innovation. Simple business model in the past is difficult to respond to the changing needs of the market in a short time, so it is necessary to integrate the knowledge to improve innovation performance.149high-tech enterprises in Beijing were chosen to conduct empirical study to explore the relationship among knowledge integration, innovation mode, and product innovation process performance, product innovation financial performance. Results of this study showed that:(1)The company’s internal knowledge integration has a significant impact on product innovation process performance.(2)Under the exploratory innovation pattern adjustment, department’s internal knowlege integration and company’s outside knowledge integration have a significant impact on product innovation process performance;The company’s internal knowledge integration has a significant impact on product innovation process performance under low exploratory innovation pattern.(3)product innovation process performance has a significant impact on product innovation financial performance. It has important value for companies to learn how to integrate knowledge and promote product innovation performance.
