Science and technology are the first productive force, and technological change broughtabout changes in the productive forces and production relations. With the widespread use ofthe Internet, the Internet has become a critical infrastructure in the age of the new economy, making data independent production factors, directly promoting products and transactioncosts reduction and further improving the socialization of mass collaboration. Internet is thefoundation of e-business and its rapid development largely promotes the size and scope ofe-business. What’s more, e-business makes agriculture expand its scope and scale oftransactions, promotes flexible manufacturing transformation of manufacturing industry, andaccelerates the development of service industries such as Internet finance, logistics and soon.Currently, China has entered the era of industrialization and informatization, andinformation has become an important force in economic development, leading a newurbanization different from what is in the industrial age: traditional way of urbanizationbased on material clusters to allocate resources, and the city was the concentration ofmaterial resources, making better city, better life; while e-business based on informationcluster and flow decentralizes the allocation of resources. Goods in the new way don’t haveto bypass the center of big cities, but by delivery, from factories to doors, thus contributingto characteristic industrial cluster. The industries drive the employment and public services, making small towns, even the countryside have a better place to live in decentralized model. Therefore, this article proposes e-business affects urbanization through industrial cluster.E-business affects industry clusters from two sides. One is industrial structure, and theother one is industrial layout. Among them, as for e-business’ influence on industrialstructure, I studied from the perspective of new agricultural production, circulation andpulling effect on manufacturing flexible production; as for e-business’ influence onindustrial layout, I studied from the perspective of regional advantage industry, distributedindustrial layout, industrial transfer, e-commerce park and so on. New urbanization focuseson the human beings, and its key is to resolve the employment problems of people, makingthe relevant people adapt to the new life in the city and have new consumption patterns, stimulating domestic demand growth, economic development and also perfecting the publicservices. Therefore, I studied from employment, consumption patterns and public services toresearch on the industrial clusters on urbanization, and all these three aspects covers the important connotation of the new town. The main content of this article is as follows:Firstly, e-business, industrial cluster, urbanization and other related theories weredescribed in detail, laying a theoretical foundation for e-business through the promotion ofindustrial cluster to urbanization;Secondly, I made out detailed analyses on the effect of e-business to promote industrialcluster, industrial cluster to promote urbanization and e-business to promote urbanization, and made an effective identification on the three elements of e-business, industrial clusterand urbanization;Thirdly, I put out theoretical models and hypotheses of this article based on previousresearch. Through the application of AMOS18.0and SPSS17.0, combined with structuralequation modeling analysis, I made an empirical analysis of the relation between e-businessand urbanization, including questionnaire design, analysis of reliability, validity testing, dataquality analysis and data analysis, thus analyzing and proving models and hypotheses. Finally, according to the results, I figured out the mechanism of e-business to promoteurbanization and put forward recommendations to promote urbanization development ofelectronic commerce.
