| Resource acquisition is key to the growth of new enterprises,the question that by whatmeans and from where and at what cost to acquire resource must be solved in theentrepreneurial process by entrepreneurs. Many scholars studied the way and the way topromote entrepreneurial resource acquisition, they think that accumulation the knowledgerelated to resource acquisition is the main purpose of entrepreneurial learning behavior, newenterprises in the complex environment, entrepreneurs need to learn constantly in order toenhance its ability to acquire resources.With the rapid development of and the extensive use of the Internet, more and moreentrepreneurs start entrepreneurial activities through the Internet. On the one hand, theInternet broaden the sources of information, accelerated the speed of informationdissemination, promote the dissemination and diffusion of knowledge to some extent; on theother hand, Internet offer a platform to exchange freely and sharing knowledge forentrepreneurs, which made news and information data flow among entrepreneurs, partners,competitors, government departments and public, and promote the study and practice ofentrepreneurial team. However, entrepreneurial learning itself is an act of intellectualresources acquisition, in addition, entrepreneurial team conversion the acquired knowledgeinto their own ability by experiential learning, cognitive learning and action learning, andthen improve the comprehensive quality to identify resources, acquire resources and useresource. Prior, some scholar use the concept of Internet embeddedness to study individualbehavior on the Internet network, and indentify Internet embeddedness is three-dimensionvariable: link, fit and sacrifice, individuals contact with the Internet more closely, theInternet match with the individual needs more closely, and there are more barriers toindividuals leaving the Internet will deepen the degree of Internet embeddedness. Thisstudy aims to explain how Internet embeddedness Affect the resource acquisition ofentrepreneurial team by entrepreneurial learning. Based on this, the paper presents seven assumptions:(1) The concept of Internet embeddedness is a three-dimension variable, which includeslink, fit and sacrifice;(2) Internet embeddedness is in a positive relationship withentrepreneurial learning;the link dimension of Internet embeddedness is in a positiverelationship with entrepreneurial learning; the fit dimension of Internet embeddedness is in apositive relationship with entrepreneurial learning; the sacrifice dimension of Internetembeddedness is in a positive relationship with entrepreneurial learning;(3) Entrepreneuriallearning is in a positive relationship with resource acquisition;(4) Entrepreneurial learning isfounded a mediator in the relationship between Internet embeddedness and resourceacquisition.In the empirical study, we have researched more than60business entrepreneurs fromthe northeast, north, east, central and other regions, and received questionnaires and105valid questionnaires were screened. And then, used spss19.0to continue reliability analysis,factor analysis, correlation analysis, multi-level regression analysis and so on,verified theseven assumptions established, confirmed that Internet embeddedness is in a significantlypositive relationship with entrepreneurial learning, Entrepreneurial learning is in asignificantly positive relationship with resource acquisition and Entrepreneurial learning isfounded a complete mediator in the relationship between Internet embeddedness andresource acquisition. |
