A Study On Selecting The Leading Industry Of Satellite Town In The Central City

In 2015,Chengdu proposed that Qingbaijiang be one of the eight satellite cities in Chengdu and be developed into the most important logistics base and high-end equipment manufacturing base.Qingbaijiang District is the first industrial zone in the southwestern region during the "First Five-Year Plan" period.Metallurgy,building materials,machinery and chemical industry had been the four traditional pillar industries in Qingbaijiang District.However,due to the slump in the steel industry and the overcapacity in the fertilizer market,the output of the two pillar industries in Qingbaijiang has dropped sharply in recent years and they have even gradually withdrawn from the market,bringing considerable challenges to the region.As a typical case of satellite city construction,Qingbaijiang District in Chengdu is very similar to the situation that most of China's satellite cities face in terms of industrial structure.At the same time,it faces the problem of industrial choice in practice.Therefore,how to establish a scientific index system of satellite industry leading choice?What factors need to be considered?This is not only a problem that needs to be discussed in detail in theory,but also a problem to be solved in practice.Taking the Qingbaijiang District of Chengdu as an example,this paper integrates the theory of industrial selection,industrial structure and regional integration through the literature research method to clarify the influencing factors of the leading industries in satellite cities,and then conducts the primary industry screening and construction of the evaluation index system.And it uses AHP method for index weight assignment,having access to Qingbaijiang comprehensive ranking of various industries,then we can know the leading industries in Qingbaijiang District.Conclusions are as follows:Emerging industries such as new materials,high-end equipment manufacturing,green building materials and automobile manufacturing grew rapidly,making full use of the unique advantages of the Chengdu International Railway Port,the origin of the Chengdu-Europe Express Railway and the pilot free trade zone.Therefore,Qingbaijiang District should make good use of this opportunity to actively carry out the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries based on the old industrial bases and promote the development of new industries.This paper mainly takes the Qingbaijiang district of Chengdu as an example to study the choice of leading industries in the satellite city of central city.By using qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,this paper constructs a more reasonable and scientific index system of leading industries in satellite cities.The main innovations include:First,research object innovation.This paper is based on satellite city's leading industry choice to conduct research.Research on leading industry choices at home and abroad mainly focuses on research in a certain province or a large city,but less on satellite cities.Promote the study of leading industry choice theory in backward cities.Second,method innovation.Aiming at the index system of satellite city based on the AHP method to construct the leading industry choice,the quantitative research is carried out.Most of the studies on satellite cities are only qualitatively described.And in the article,according to the difference between satellite city and ordinary city,more factors have been added,qualitative analysis of factors that could not be quantified,and new standards and indicators have been established,which are in line with the actual situation.As mentioned above,this article not only complements the blank of quantitative research on the selection of leading industries in satellite cities,but also provides theoretical and methodological basis for the research on the planning of outdated urban satellite cities.It also can promote the rational choice of satellite cities and provide reference for government decision-making.
