As the national environmental management progress speeds up, the developmentof clean energy has become the focus of energy construction. Since the hydropowerresources development in Hunan province draws to a close decline and photovoltaiccannot be developed massively because of the cost and technology, wind powerconstruction has become the key areas of the construction of clean energy. And in theprocess of construction of wind power development, bank which is an important way offinancing will inevitably play a vital role. As the branch bank of hunan province oncemajor in the electric power, Changsha Tianxin Branch of the China Construction Bank(CCB)has play a decisive role in the field of hydropower thermal power and power gridconstruction in the hunan province, but how to correctly evaluate benefit and risk ofwind power industry in the field of wind power construction to grab the opportunity andto realize the continuous and stable development of business has been one of theimportant subjects needed to be solved urgently.The thesis which is based on the research background, practical significance andthe characteristics of wind power project, firstly analyses internal and externalenvironment of loans of Changsha Tianxin branch of CCB SuBaoding wind powerproject widely. Then on the basis of SWOT analysis, the thesis analyses the credit riskof Changsha Tianxin branch of CCB Subaoding wind power project in terms ofpotential risk, risk assessment, risk control and prevention by predicting market, loanscheme of project, financial benefits of project and comprehensive income qualitativelyand quantitatively and combining with the actual operating conditions of ChangshaTianxin branch of CCB. Finally, it’s concluded that it is necessary for ChangshaTianxin branch of CCB to support wind power project of SuBaoding by discussing loanincome and risk balance of huaneng SuBaoding wind power project.In this paper, it can analyse the returns and risk of the loan effectively and revealthe necessity of the loan clearly through assessing the wind power loan of SuBaodingdeeply, and it can also improve the overall Changsha Tianxin market competitivenessand regional influence.
