Research On The Development Strategy Of Liaoning Dongda Real Estate Co.

With the development of Chinese Economy, the market of real estate becomes active in recent years. Among the factors influencing real estate market, the important factors are that more population entering urban area; more people investing in real estate; more people want to improve the living conditions. Large real estate developers are entering the middle and small cities to enlarge their market share and profit level which lead to the competition in middle and small cities real estate market and the quality of the real estate. The developers in middle and small size cities need to improve their management and technology to face the competition. On the side of macro-level, the government put many policies on the real estate into practice to keep the real estate market healthy and stability. In the new condition of competition and policy, the developers need study the development strategy.In this Thesis, the author use many research methodologies such as paper review, investigation, induce analysis, field review,with the guide of the theories in strategy management field, choosing Dongda real estate group as the research object. With the analysis of inter and outer conditions of Dongda group, and using the analysis tools in strategy management such as SWOT to get the’conclusions. The analysis including:(1) The political, economical, social and technological conditions of Dongda group;(2) The state of current real estate market of the nation and shenyang city;(3) The structure of the market and competition at the localand national level:(4) The Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats of Dongda.And then the author put forward the strategy of Dongda group based on the analysis above, and also the advices to implement the strategy. Real estate is a competitive industry, which need large scale capital and other resources. Housing is a sensitive issue for the whole society.In this thesis, choosing dongda group as the research object, but the conclusions are meaningful for the whole real estate industries.
