The talents competition is essential to corporations. It is particularly true nowadays that with the in-depth development of globalizing market economy and knowledge economy, HR management plays a significant role in the corporate management. Motivation is the key to HR management in a company. It is an essential segment of HR strategic management to map out a motivation system on the actual basis, stimulate workers’subjective initiative, attract and keep different talents catering the needs of corporate development, which is also the key to the sustainable development of a company in the long term.The object of the research is Changsha Office of the3rd Marketing Department, ZTE Corporation (hereinafter the Changsha Office) which the author worked for. On the basis of further investigation and materials in hand, the author comprehensively uses the methods of linking theory with practice and questionnaire in a bid to conduct a systematic and in-depth study of management system in the Changsha Office, in combination with the author’s working experience and understanding.The paper with4chapters starts from the status quo of corporate motivation management system. Based on the analysis and summary of the existing problems and actual needs of motivation management in the Changsha Office, the author specifically puts forward the basic pattern of the effective motivation system, customizes the system of the salary management, performance management, staff training and restriction which fits for the office, and lastly raises up some guarantee measures to operate the motivation system. The goal of this system is to fully mobilize workers’spirits of devotion to the company, the passion of utilize their brains to work, and eventually realize the strategic development of the Changsha Office in the long rum.The research of this paper strives to be integrated into the actual situation of the Changsha Office. Therefore, the results of this paper have the actual application value, not only setting up a set of scientific and reasonable motivation system for the Changsha Office but using as reference for the companies of the same kind.
