With the rapid development of China's economy, the continuous improvement of the market economy,The competition between the enterprises more and more become talent competition?Employees are fundamental to the development of enterprises, but also the concept of enterprise profit creators have formed a consensus?Employees in the work of the realization of their own value and create value for the enterprise to combine, and constantly improve the employee satisfaction is an effective means of management?Employees of enterprises with high satisfaction, he will work hard, and constantly improve the work efficiency, and the staff of an enterprise discontent, will affect the status of their work, reduce the efficiency of work, even to resign.Therefore, the continuous improvement of enterprise employee satisfaction will eventually benefit the enterprise.However, the domestic enterprises in the survey of employee satisfaction is not enough attention,Based on this, this paper analyzes the employee satisfaction survey of a large state-owned enterprise A company in Henan Province, in order to provide a reference for the investigation of employee satisfaction.This paper adopts interview and questionnaire combination of employee satisfaction survey,Through data analysis, the conclusion:The promotion prospects of A company employees in compensation and benefits, etc., subordinate relationship satisfaction is relatively low.In the training system, the development of the company vision, the relationship between colleagues and higher satisfaction.The article is divided into the following aspects. The first chapter is the introduction. This paper introduces the research background, research significance, literature review and research methods and research content.The second chapter First of all introduced the concept of employee satisfaction and the main influence factors,then introduces the theoretical basis of employee satisfaction. Including Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory, Hertz Berg's two factors incentive theory, Adams' s theory of justice, Hawthorne test, etc..The third chapter introduces the basic situation of A company and the methods and results of this survey. In this paper, two methods of interview and questionnaire were used to study the five aspects of the work environment, work in return,the work itself, interpersonal relationship and corporate culture and vision,In the fourth chapter, according to the results of the analysis, the author gives some suggestions on the improvement of A company, from the salary system, promotion mechanism, and several aspects of human nature management. The fifth chapter is the conclusion and Prospect of this research,also expounds the limitations of the study and the insufficiency. Finally in the appendix is the survey questionnaire.
