Therefore, this article takes Chifeng as an example in the comprehensive evaluation and research of the development of rural informatization level which has important practical significance and theoretical research significance. This paper builds four first-level indicators, including Rural information information resources, rural information involved in the main building, the construction of rural information technology and information technology infrastructure in rural areas. Besides, there are22secondary indicators system, such as agricultural database, agricultural website. Combined with current situation of the development of rural informatization in Chifeng, the writer will do some research and put forward relevant countermeasures on the following four aspects.They are the subject of rural informatization of Chifeng, the rural informatization infrastructure of Chifeng, the rural informatization talent team of Chifeng and the rural informatization technology of Chifeng.With the continuous development of rural informatization in China, the situation is getting better and better, and the government continuously introduces strong policy on the development of rural informatization. So the development of rural informatization in China has made a rapid move. On the basis of the existing research, a set of perfect rural informatization index system of our country has been set which can scientific and accurate measure the level of rural informationization development for now and has a realistic significance of the feasible rural informatization development strategy and policy.
