Along with the association of south-east Asian nations, the Yunnan bridgehead construction and the strategy of one belt and one road,it will take some favorable conditions for Yunnan’s foreign trade.Myanmar as Yunnan’s largest trading partner, Yunnan and Myanmar have long history in economic and trade cooperation.,although they have many advantages and generality in geographical location,the border trade and the resources endowment,but the economic development of Yunnan and Myanmar will encounter many problems and many challenges in meeting the opportunities.This paper mainly discusses the importance of Yunnan and Myanmar’s economic and trade development,mainly from the geographical advantage, resource advantage, policy advantage to carry out this paper.Then the paper analyzes the current situation of Yunnan and Myanmar commodity trade development,and then the paper will analyze the problems exist in the commodity trade development between Yunnan and Myanmar,the main problems in Yunnan is that the trade structure is unreasonable,the products have quality problems Jack of compound talent and the infrastructure is not perfect,but the unreasonable trade structure is that it has the single commodity structure and the border-trade has a large proportion in the Yunnan and Myanmar’s trade and the product structure affects the commodity structure;but the main problems in Myanmar is that it has the trade deficit,fights in some area,serious traffic facilities and the information system is not perfect;other problems is the border settlement way.At last, Yunnan should optimize the trade structure strengthen the infrastructure construction cultivate the professional talents,so it will accelerate the Myanmar’s trade cooperation.
