Guangdong swire Coca-Cola co., LTD. is jointly established by the Guangdong food import and export group company, Cofco drinks(guangzhou) co., LTD. and Swire Coca-Cola co., LTD. Hong Kong, its total investment is 500 million yuan RMB and annual output of Coca-Cola products 450000 tons, it is the largest production base of Coca Cola series of drinks in mainland China. This enterprise actively responded to the call of the national energy conservation and emissions reduction, energy conservation planning is put forward and its plans is to use two or three years to build the enterprise into a frugal "green factory". This paper takes the Energy saving reconstruction project of Guangdong swire Coca-Cola co., LTD. as the background, the entire system is studied.First the basic situation of Guangdong swire Coca-Cola co., LTD. is introduced, and the production status of the company, the main energy systems and energy consumption structure, energy management system are described in detail, second, the products energy efficiency index of the food and beverage industry is expounded in this paper, the index directly determines the establishment of the subsequent energy saving reconstruction, again, in view of the company present situation and the energy efficiency index requirements, specific energy-saving retrofit scheme on each system is put forward and evaluated, finally, the Multi-level fuzzy evaluation model is to evaluate the effect of energy saving reconstruction project.The evaluation results show that this energy saving retrofit scheme can better realize the goal of energy saving in the company, can introduce the company’s situation in detail, effectively grasp the energy efficiency indexs, make a comprehensive plan and an objective and accurate assessment, this study can make the company to become the industry standard of energy consumption, reduce the production cost. |
