Research Investment Model Smart Citiy

The21st century will be "the century of the city." Smart CityConstruction is a long-term systematic project, which requires continued strongfinancial support. At present, we should further optimize the investmentenvironment, relax capital access, and guide the broad participation of privatecapital in the construction of smart city.Firstly, Smart City Constructions of the United States, European Union,Japan, Korea, Singapore, Malaysia and other countries are analyzed in thispaper, focusing on the research of smart city construction plan, investmentpatterns and causes of success, and conclusion compared the nationalinvestment patterns. Secondly, in the analysis of smart city construction projectof Shanghai, Wuxi, Shenzhen, Nanjing, Wuhan, Chongqing and other domesticcities in this paper, four commonly used patterns of investment and constructionare obtained: the government for investment operations, companies involved inconstruction investment patterns; the government overall planning, corporateinvesting and constructing; the government and the enterprise for theconstruction and management of joint venture investment patterns; constructionand operation of enterprises, government and the scope of the publicprocurement of services, concrete analysis of each investment pattern of theapplicable scope, strengths and weaknesses. Finally, this paper, in the way ofSWOT, analyzes the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of Taiyuancity construction, combining with the wisdom of Taiyuan city constructionphase of the task, the key technology and application conditions, in-depthresearch the Taiyuan wisdom city construction. There existing five kinds ofurban construction investment and construction patterns, namely, government investment; government investment, entrust carrier construction; thegovernment take the part of the investment, the operator investment andconstruction; government planning, operators responsible for the BOT patternsof construction and operation; independent operators investment. In the base ofthe detailed analysis of the five existing patterns of the advantages,disadvantages, profitable and scope of the way, this paper presents theinnovative investment and construction pattern of the development for Taiyuan–government overall planning, investment banking, professional constructioncompany business patterns. In this pattern, the government is only responsiblefor policy support, most of the investment is from banks, and professional firmsinvest a small part of the funds; the advantages of this pattern is that thebusiness will be more professional, market operators are in favor of dynamicoptimization of the project and that it can provide better service; the drawbackis that the interest balance is difficult to measure, banks bear most of the risk;profitable way using the shareholding to the solution, according to the actualsituation of the project to form a reasonable proportion of the shares structure tomeet the tripartite interests; this pattern is suitable for wireless network basedon WIFI service and all kinds of wireless network applications.
