The Study On The Mode Of Rural Land Circulation In Taigu

The development of modern agriculture is an important measure to solve "three agriculture" problem, promote rural social and economic development, increase the income of farmers, and promote the urbanization construction, while land transfer is the route to developing modern agriculture, and the certain choice to construct a well-off society. The key of land transfer is to ensure the interests of farmers in the basis of insisting the separation of "three rights", optimize the mode selection, and achieve the scale management of rural land. This paper takes Taigu County of Jinzhong city as the research object, and investigated the current situation of rural land transfer, analyzed its characters and existing problems, meanwhile, according to the differences of participants and the leading role of land transfer, the local land transfer patterns could be summarized three type which are farmers spontaneous circulation, enterprise set cooperation and government’s reasonable guide. After constructed the index system on the basis of economic and social influence which were lead by behavior of rural land transfer, compared the comprehensive performance of these three types of rural land transfer from the aspects of economic and social through the method of weight calculation, this paper obtaining a result that the type which the enterprise set cooperation’s local performance is good and it deserve to be disseminate and develop. Combined the different application conditions of different rural land transfer patterns and problems which should be pay attention to, this paper proposed countermeasures and suggestions which could promote the reasonable and ordered rural land transfer of Taigu County.
