The Research Of Economic Cost Of Urbanization And Finance Support System

Recently, the proposal of the new-type urbanization has raised an extensive research of the urbanization in academic community. The scholars in China tend to pay more attention to the researches of the influences that economic gain, migration of population, national financial support, etc. have on the urbanization; and relatively less on the cost of citizenization. Existing differentials between the overseas’ national conditions and household registration system, the cost studies is relatively rare abroad.This paper chooses the rural migrant workers as the research subject to analyze the status quo of their wage, education, out-working district, etc.. First, the result of the analysis is that the wage of the rural migrant workers has been increased, but the gap between the rural workers and the urban workers still exists. Most of the rural residents only graduated from junior school, which means they are not well educated. The main out-working district is Guangzhou city, however, the rising proportion of rural residents who are working inner Hunan province shows the blowback of the rural migrant workers. Second, after reviewing the transition of Chinese household registration system, this paper finds out the difference of the household registration system between our country and America, Canada and Japanese through comparing. And the registration system is the key element causes the difference between our country and others. The solution of this problem is to narrow down the gap between the urbanization ratio and the urban household residency ratio. So, this paper does the research on the cost that is needed to narrow down the gap between the urbanization ratio and the urban household residency ratio. The main subject of this paper is the rural migrant workers in Hunan province. It calculates the cost that is needed in the process of inner province citizenization in Changsha city, and discusses the financing system. The result of this paper shows the total cost of rural resident citizenization is 74599.71 RMB, including personal cost 22077.29 RMB and public cost 52522.42 RMB.
