The New Urbanization Under The Background Of The Household Registration System Reform In Our Country

With the acceleration of urbanization development, the existing binary census register system to limit the free flow of the labor force, hinders the development of social economy. For this purpose, the national government work report in 2013 pointed out our country should go with the person this new path of urbanization, the urbanization of farmers to promote. And the main factors restricting the development of population urbanization is the current household registration system. Although, the household registration system reform has been for many years, but did not fundamentally change the urban-rural dual system, migrant workers still cannot enjoy the same benefits as well as urban residents. The new type of urbanization is put forward provided opportunities for deepening the reform of household registration system in our country, the central government should seize the historical opportunity, actively explore new urbanization under the background of the new thinking of deepening reform in the hukou system, so as to promote the development of new type of urbanization.This paper uses the many kinds of research methods, four chapters to discuss the new urbanization under the background of the household registration system reform. The introduction to the household registration system at home and abroad are reviewed. The existing in the related research theory; First chapter in this paper, the definition and the connotation of new type of urbanization and the household registration system and related concepts, and define the concept used in this article, at the same time, summarized the development course of the household registration system and urbanization in our country, and then the second chapter, from the market economy, population urbanization and farmers into the city cost etc. Analysis of the new type of urbanization under the background of the necessity of reforming the household registration system, as well as the reform of household registration system in the new urbanization in domestic demand, labor, social justice and the promoting function of land system, etc. In the third chapter analyzes the household registration system reform in the threshold, the difference of identity, the problems existing in the treatment of urban and rural areas, such as the impact on the new type of urbanization. Aiming at the problem of the third chapter, the fourth chapter of the new urbanization under the background of the household registration system reform measures carried out to explore, to solve the problems in the reform of household registration system is to promote the household registration legislation, perfect the population register, at the same time to form a complete set of system related to the household registration system reform.
