Research On Performance Management Of HuaZheng Company

Performance management is the core of the modern organization of human resource management is an important means to achieve its strategic objectives, and an important part of the entire enterprise management system. Enterprise performance management can improve employee performance level promptly and effectively, correct for adverse deviation, focusing on employee performance improvement while improving employee performance, in turn, and serving as the organization’s performance. The paper first studies the development and application of performance management theory, and then through the elaborate theories and concepts related to performance and performance management, provides a theoretical basis for this thesis.
