Performance management is the core of the modern organization of human resource management is an important means to achieve its strategic objectives, and an important part of the entire enterprise management system. Enterprise performance management can improve employee performance level promptly and effectively, correct for adverse deviation, focusing on employee performance improvement while improving employee performance, in turn, and serving as the organization’s performance. The paper first studies the development and application of performance management theory, and then through the elaborate theories and concepts related to performance and performance management, provides a theoretical basis for this thesis. Second, the basic situation of Huazheng Company, the existing structure and organization, human resource allocation status quo, and the status of implementation, the implementation of performance management, and research situation reflected in the performance management system, as well as existing problems in detail analysis. Finally, based on suggestions for improvements in the application and the foundation problems, the optimization design of Huazheng Company performance management is established in the aspects of the ideas, objectives, assessment factors, indicators and management processes. The company’s performance management system has been designed and improved from the all-round improvement of the whole process of the overall situation, as the following aspects:on the basis of Huazheng Company performance management status and problems, the performance management system design basis and the general idea are given; target of Huazheng Company performance management system is proposed; principles of performance management system design; specific participants of performance management; performance evaluation cycle; performance evaluation index weight and standard design; the performance management processes; and feedback and application of the performance evaluation results, to provid guidance and reference for Huazheng Company and the other industry manufacturing companies performance management.
