Research On Impact Of Patent Protection System On R&D Investment Of Agricultural Industrialization Leading Enterprise

The role of technological innovation to national strategic goals, the local economy and the social progress to get much more attention from all sectors. How to improve the R&D level, maintain R&D activities continually has become a hot research, in the situation of China started late innovation. The patent protection system has sounded many times for defending the innovation main bodies’ rights and interests, guaranteeing the R&D activity continually. Enterprises act most active subjects in innovation, while those who are protected by the patent system. In micro perspective, the thesis selected agriculture,the field of traditional economic sectors of china,as the subject, research patent system environment in current on the role of the R&D investment of agricultural industrialization leading enterprise.Firstly, through reviewing and studying domestic and foreign research in technological innovation theory, patent protection system theory and leading enterprise of agricultural industrialization in the field of factors affecting R&D investment,I found that the research on the micro-level agricultural enterprise worth further. Secondly, on the basis of above theory combing, the thesis proposed appropriate hypotheses and the theoretical model framework. Thirdly, taking the sample of 187 leading enterprises of provincial agricultural industrialization in Jiangxi Province, the thesis verified the correlation and causality between variables and explained it, by descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis and ordinal logistic regression analysis. After that, the research hypothesis and model was validated and corrected, conclusions of this study was drown. Finally, according to the research conclusions, the thesis made recommendations about the institutional and the innovation enterprises.Thesis conclusions are as follow:(1) Enterprises’ familiarity of the patent system has a significant positive impact on R&D funding and staff investment, the number of highly educated R&D personnel in staff investment is impacted mainly.(2)The comprehensive evaluation of satisfaction has a significant negative impact on the number of highly educated R&D personnel in enterprise. Simultaneously, the directions of R&D investment that drive by enterprise’ system satisfaction are different: enterprise’ satisfaction of patent maintenance fees has a negative impact on R&D funds investment; satisfaction of the protected content in patent system has a significant positive effect on the number of R&D personnel, and the more satisfied enterprises feel about protection services for patents have applied for, the fewer number of R&D personnel they have; the more satisfied enterprises feel about the process of patent application, the less number of highly educated R&D personnel they have;...
