Comparative Study On State-level Tourism Poverty Alleviation Test-beds

Tourism poverty alleviation is through the development of poor areas relatively rich tourism resources, the establishment of tourism economic entity, making tourism a pillar industry, residents of poor districts and local governments to become rich.The current national tourism poverty alleviation test-beds, including Ningxia’s liupanshan, Jiangxi’s Ganzhou city, Ji’an city, Hebei’s Fuping city, and Inner Mongolia’s arxan city.Five pilot area has become a key base for developing tourism and poverty alleviation project in China, also provides a basis for the national tourism development project for poverty alleviation.However,five State-level pilot area for poverty alleviation because of its experimental area of regional, resources and approval time, and so on, such that each zone has its own development plan and strategy, test areas are there learning from each other in the development;development approvals for new State-level pilot area for poverty alleviation, new State-level pilot area for poverty alleviation to faster and better development of the five pilot areas for which you can provide references and so on, are all scientific issues that must be addressed. This paper USES the methods of literature research, data statistics and logical analysis, on the basis of predecessors’ research, this paper analyzes the above problems. The first part of the article mainly elaborated the research background, significance and research ideas; The second part mainly discusses the definition and related theory to do the tourism poverty alleviation, and analysis of the current research status at home and abroad tourism poverty alleviation; The third part briefly describes the development of national tourism poverty alleviation test-beds; the fourth part is the subject of research, compared five countries testing zone prior to the establishment of basic conditions for poverty alleviation and development before and after the establishment of the economic situation, points out the five State-level tourism pilot area for poverty alleviation of similarities and differences between experimental range aims to provide a basis for learning from each other; The fifth part based on the above analysis, described the current state-level tourism zone development for poverty alleviation of problems, problem-oriented strategies are given finally summarizes the main conclusions of the study and proposed article deficiencies, expect the next step to a more in-depth study.
