Under the background of market demand stimulation and China's stable economic growth,China's medical device industry is in a period of rapid development,but compared with the international industry giants,there is still a big gap.Therefore,for medical equipment enterprises,the research and development of products with core independent intellectual property rights is particularly important,product victory,product research and development has become the main battlefield of enterprise competition.How to rapidly transform and respond in the increasingly competitive ultrasonic market? How can we make more efficient and high-quality products in the context of rapid technological updating? This project will take M Company's portable ultrasonic equipment research and development project as an example,through project management knowledge,using a variety of project management tools,based on project changes to optimize the schedule management.Firstly,based on the background of this research: executed project should be changed emergency because of the changing market,the author detailed analyzed the purposes mentioned in the preceding paragraph change implementation details and earned value analysis,for further optimizing the progress of the preliminary analysis of the carding finishing preparation,including the WBS decomposition,resource estimates,the problem such as milestone set,earned value analysis was carried out on the project implementation and management risk estimates,and final confirmation due to the change of the trigger off demands for the progress of the optimization management.Secondly,by using the relevant stakeholder responsibility matrix,the author analyzes the relationship between the front and back of each work package,identifies the key path,finds out the key optimization points,and proposes effective solutions for the key points,which can effectively control the key work,shorten the schedule time and maximize the profits of the company.At the same time,although the scheme design of schedule optimization makes it possible to shorten the project duration to the maximum extent,but in order to achieve the plan,it is necessary to ensure the execution of the schedule.Based on the requirement of schedule control,the optimization of corresponding control and tracking mechanism is designed,and the guarantee system is put forward to ensure the better control and management of project schedule in terms of quality and time.Portable ultrasound equipment research and development,as a sharp tool for M company to enter the high-end market,after a certain stage of project execution,due to market changes,the company has higher management requirements for project schedule optimization.Based on the analysis of M Company Portable Ultrasonic Project,this paper uses the relevant project management,especially the project schedule optimization,project schedule tracking,project schedule control theory,theory and practical methods,so as to achieve the optimal path solution of project schedule management,to a certain extent,to ensure the quality of project management.The quantity has a certain reference significance for the management of medical device R & D projects.
