LP company is a subsidiary of ZL group company,which is business at water science and technology research,separation membrane technology and household water purification.Facing with consumers attention on health living and the cohabitation situation of water purifier,LP company need a strategic plan in order to develop better.This study reviews the development of water purifiers industries, then analysis the internal and external environment of LP company. LP company is facing with external opportunities, such as national policy support, the high-end market demand, lack of well-known high-end brands.meanwhile, LP company is facing with external threats, such as foreign brands more favored by the market, the core technology is mastered by foreign company,and the costs is gradully rising.LP company has internal strengths with anvanced technology,rapid response and reliable product quality,innovative ideas.In addtion,LP company is facing with low level marketing, the imperfect channel system,the lack of brand influence and so on. So LP company should adopt differentiation focus strategy to forge its core competitveness in order to firm its market status.This study through the intergration of internal resoures, reconstruction of the enterprise value chain and proposed enterprise strategy path and safeguards. One is through a clear target customers, target customer needs analysis, brand strategy and establish a good corporate image, products and services differentiation strategy point of view to explain corporate strategy implementation path. Screenning and segementing the market again to find the target customers and focusing on target to meet customer demand for targeted; in addition, brand strategy, mainly through the establishment of specialized marketing team, the implementation of brand marketing efforts, build brand advertising creative to achieve; product and service differentiation strategy by improving product quality, rich variety of products, improve customer information management, the establishment of professional customer development team, providing a more detailed comprehensive customer services to achieve. On the other hand this study further proposed to implement safeguards from corporate strategy to optimize human resources management, strategic perspectives enforceable organizational structure.Innovation of this study is using of corporate strategic management theory, comprehensive use of various analytical tools for the company’s competitive strategy LP studied design, and proposed a more detailed strategy for implementing measures, in order to make the company health and sustainable develop ment.
