The traditional human resources recruitment pay more attention to surface factors,such as the knowledge, skills, less attention to the candidate’s potential and future development potential, and their evaluation means and methods are also very limited. And competence model was applied to the human resources recruitment system is an attempt to breakthrough, because enterprise’s competence model is based on enterprise development strategy, the analysis of factors, such as corporate culture and business environment, and established combining with enterprise performance, embody the enterprise development strategy, enterprise culture, post responsibility for office requirements. At the same time, the matching recruitment system provides a powerful guarantee and support for selecting talent,which matching the enterprise development strategy, enterprise culture and post.This paper tries to analyzes the existing problems and reasons in recruitment management of HXLY group, research to establish a set of competence model, and applies the model in the enterprise recruitment system, thus improve the scientification, suitability and effectiveness.This paper introduces the concept of competence and competence model, and the theory of competence model, recruitment management and modern talent evaluation, including the competencies model classification, competencies model characteristics and competencies model construction method, including the iceberg model, the onion model, the talent matching theory and modern talent evaluation methods. This study is on the basis of these related theories. Secondly, on the basis of the theory is introduced, analyzes the situation and the problems existing in the recruitment management in HXLY group company human resources, demonstrates the necessity and possibility of recruitment system, which applied to the HXLY group competencies model. Then, build the competence model of HXLY group company, which applied to the recruitment system, made the recruitment of form a complete set of management system, personnel evaluation management system and assessment model. combing with the practical situation of HXLY group, and starting from the corporate strategy and corporate culture. At the same time, in order to effectively promote the application of competence model in HXLY group company recruitment system, analyze the possible problems in the implementation and put forward the corresponding security measures. Finally, evaluate the effect of competence model in HXLY group company recruitment system, and analysis the disadvantages and overcome it, keep constantly improvement.
