Compensation is not only the company purchases the laborer labor remuneration paid, and inspire potential employees and encourage employees powerful leverage our subjective initiative, is the company to choose, use, and keep talents and create high performance charge to be part of the team. However, how to make the compensation issue achieve fairness and justice and to let employees have higher satisfaction is most enterprises are faced with the problem. Therefore, how to adjust compensation scheme and the structure of the compensation, effective to solve the contradiction between enterprises and employees for compensation problems, thus to promote the enterprise performance provides the powerful of the ascent of the whole system support is not only the important enterprises play a role of salary incentive forms, and push forward the compensation management theory of the important motivation.In this paper, based on the reality of SY company, the company’s existing compensation system has carried on the comprehensive diagnosis, through the compensation system in the same industry has done a lot of research and analysis, and the company’s stage of development, medium and long term goals, strategy, and the company’s overall positioning, according to the management mode of the company and post Settings back to the company’s compensation system of the design, we should try to be \ "priority to efficiency and due consideration to fairness\".This paper will be divided into five parts: the first part mainly introduces the research background, purpose, significance and methods of this article and thought; The second part mainly introduces the compensation management, incentive mechanism in terms of theory and research results; The fourth part mainly from the background, current situation, and pay the company compensation system on three aspects of the problems existing in the current situation of the company’s salary incentive is analyzed; The fourth part mainly introduces the SY company compensation scheme design ideas, principles and framework; The fifth part mainly from the operating process, jobs, job evaluation, assessment system etc to elaborated the SY company becoming the new compensation plan.
