With rapid development of economic and trade globalization as well as information technology, today’s world is full of opportunities and challenges, competition of human resources has become fierce. Since the quality of the human resource effects enterprises’ further development directly, competition among enterprises turns to be a talent competition. As an important way to get talent, corporate recruitment is becoming highly important. Recruitment is the premise and basis for enterprise development, it’s also a powerful weapon to enterprises competition as it forms the base of human resource development and management. Therefore, a workable recruitment program is needed for each enterprise and should be optimized continually. B Company is a subsidiary company that locates in China and fully invested by a foreign Group B, which is one of the world’s top 500 enterprises. The business of B company includes producing, developing, applying and selling automotive parts and electronics systems. Due to the booming business, talent is in great demand to B company in recent years. To the work of staff recruitment, how to analyze problems that exist in recruitment program and how to optimize the program to reduce costs, improve efficiency and find the most suitable talent for B company, being extremely important.Based on the job of paper sorting and statistics data processing, by applying the basic recruitment theory, with the use of interview and questionnaires method, this paper is written to analyze the existing problems in B company’s recruitment program and optimize this program from aspects of human resources planning, job analysis, recruitment channels, talent assessment, recruitment assessment and so on. This paper also mention the implementation protection mainly including leader attention, company culture, management principle, staff training and department allocation. By combining the optimize program and implementation protection, B company aims at perfecting its recruitment work and enhancing its competition ability. Meanwhile, by study on B company, this paper affords other companies experience and lessons about how to optimize their recruitment programs, advance the hiring work and upgrade staff quality.
