With the development of society and economy,the competition among enterprises is increasingly fierce.The talent serving as the foundation for the healthy development of the enterprises has become an important key to the life and death of the enterprises,so the recruitment has become the first part.The enterprises can obtain their advantage in the long-term competition of human resources and meet the manpower requirement so as to enhance the whole enterprises' development only if they build a recruitment system that meets their own situation.For enterprises,it will seriously restrict their development and growth if there are problems in the recruitment.To improve human resources management and attract high-quality talent,they are supposed to work on the recruitment.Taking H Company as the research object and based on the recruitment and its correlative theory,this paper adopts the theories of Competence Model and studies the various segments such as selecting,interview,hiring,evaluating by material collection,questionnaires and statistical analysis etc.so that the real problems can be find out in the recruitment process.The main problems of H Company are as follows: lack of scientific human resource planning,unclear location of the positions,lack of investigation of the candidates' comprehensive ability,and incomplete recruitment evaluation system,etc.Combined with the development strategy of H Company,this paper dealt with the above issues and proposed improvement strategies pertinently to solve its real problems.First of all,make scientific resource planning and recruitment planning.Secondly,job analysis and job specifications make better adaption to the changing enterprises.Thirdly,perfect the system of the recruitment evaluation to provide experience for the future recruitment activities and improve the overall hiring levels so as to absorb more excellent talents.Fourthly,establish the talent reserve and healthy occupational planning,and construct the talent cultivation plan.It is hoped that these measures can help H Company solve the practical problems in the recruitment work,improve the efficiency and quality of recruitment and optimize the recruitment management system in order to further meet the needs of strategic and business development and achieve long-term healthy and stable development.At the same time,it also provides reference and thinking for the promotion of the recruitment management of the similar enterprises in China.
