DQ company has made some outstanding achievements through the 50-year development, eventually growing and promoting to be the leading enterprise of the power equipment manufacturing industry in China, of which the annual gross industrial output value surpasses more than 20 billion RMB, and the core manufacturing capacity arrives to 28 million kilowatts. Product range covers various fields, including the thermal power, wind power, nuclear power, electricity, industrial turbine, military industry, solar power, seawater desalination, and power station auxiliary and control etc. While the glorious performance is obtained, a large number of industry leading experimental equipment of DQ company didn’t make it on a par with GE, Mitsubishi and other international first-class enterprises in innovation, and a vast research input didn’t make it gain the absolute advantages in the market at home and abroad, either.For DQ company with the manufacturing industry as its core business, the current situation of the innovation will become the bottleneck of its development and even survival in future. How to make better use of the hardware resources, as well as how to improve the return rate of research input as greatly as possible, confuses the policy makers of DQ company.Based on experience of human resource management, team innovatio n and enterprise status, the article draws conclusion as follows through sample analysis with questionnaire survey which is combining actual situation of enterprises:(1)The individual character, the team level and leadership of team are associated with the team creativity of DQ company;(2) Each of the variables of the three team’s level has the different influences on the team creativity of DQ company;(3) The differentiation of the variables influence is obvious;( 4) Competitive conflict management of DQ company is insufficient. Finally, this article provides effective suggestions to improve creativity of DQ Company for decision makers after investigation by an in-depth questi-onnaire and series of analysis among basic level of technical employees.
