In recent years,the real estate industry increasingly fierce competition,enterprises in which the external environment is more complex,facing the challenge of the market,enterprises must increase their strength,adjust the internal structure and the reform of the management system of a more prominent role. No matter how the change of industry environment,the survival of enterprises need a can as soon as possible to make the adjustment system. Only take the initiative to respond to changes in the market,to determine the correct values,philosophy foundation,advanced high levels of management ability,the enterprise can remain invincible in the industry in the long term. So the real estate enterprises should actively transform the enterprise development way,lay the internal basis,to enhance their own strength,to become the new market success. The strategic objectives of enterprises rely on the employees to achieve,so it is necessary to establish a comprehensive and scientific human resource system,enables employees to understand to grasp the strategic goal of the enterprise. An effective management system can stimulate staff’s work enthusiasm,encourage the employees to improve work efficiency,scientific management of all types of employees,and provide a reasonable performance results. In the human resources management system,performance management model is therefore more and more importance,enhance the performance of the enterprise,enhance the enterprise the ability to withstand the challenge.This paper takes a Real Estate Company D enterprise as an example,the application of statistical analysis principle,the theory into practice,conducts the research to the enterprise performance management system. To establish a suitable performance management system must ensure the reality of the enterprise,therefore,the first step to do is to find the analysis of the problems in the process of enterprise management,specific solutions to specific problems.Based on the current D enterprise performance management system analysis,can be found to change the system is not complete,there are some problems,and from the enterprise strategic target,once the change of competition environment,the enterprise is very difficult to adjust timely. In this case,a comprehensive performance management system is essential. Inaddition,according to the feedback performance target,performance counseling,performance appraisal and performance,the performance improvement of five links were launched,using the related theory of performance,according to the enterprise operating goals,key performance index design,the implementation of performance management,handle hinder D enterprise performance management defects,complete enterprise expected performance management vision.
