In the economic globalization of the market, the competition among enterprises has been transformed into the competition between the construction supply chain. However, the management of construction supply chain in China has many problems, such as low efficiency, serious waste phenomenon and so on. Therefore, it needs to strengthen the management of construction supply chain. Study on the evaluation through the whole operation conditions of the construction supply chain, to detect the problems in supply chain management timely, and take some measures to improve the construction supply chain, so as to improve the overall performance level and the comprehensive competitiveness.To establish a set of complete performance evaluation index system is the primary task of construction supply chain performance evaluation. The dissertation uses the literature reading method and frequency statistics for the primaries on construction supply chain performance evaluation index. Through the questionnaire survey, the dissertation selects the date for reliability analysis and factor analysis by SPSS software, it finally builds up six primary indexes including the financial condition, quality, agility, delivery and reliability, innovation and development, the close degree of node enterprises, and twenty-five secondary indicators including the rate of return on total assets, the qualified rate, the response time of supply chain and so on. At last, it constructs the performance evaluation index system of the construction supply chain, illustrates the meaning and calculation method of each index in detail.In the selecting of the performance evaluation methods, the dissertation found that the usual performance evaluation method is difficult to achieve the dynamic evaluation by analysis and comparison. However, the construction supply chain performance evaluation indexes have a causal effect of a strong relationship between each other. Combined with the characteristics and principles of fuzzy cognitive map, the dissertation proposes a dynamic evaluation method of the construction supply chain performance based on fuzzy cognitive map. It designs the detailed steps to implement the performance evaluation by the application of this method. And then it constructs the fuzzy cognitive map model of construction supply chain performance evaluation.Finally, taking the construction supply chain in A enterprise as the core of general contractor for an empirical study, the dissertation applies the above research results in actual construction supply chain performance evaluation activities. Collecting the cost rate, engineering change rate and other related data, to use the VB programming to design dynamic system for simulation. It analyses the results of simulation, combined with the concept of lean construction, put forward improvement suggestions of the just in time production, the combination of design and construction operation and so on.
