Measurement Of Shaanxi Province Healthy Development Of Urbanization

By the end of 2013, China’s urbanization rate has reached 53.7 percent, and it is still in the stage of rapid development. With the upgrading of C hina’s comprehensive national strength and the expanding of the city, it will produce a range of urban problems, such as poor infrastructure, ecological destruction, lack of r esources. At the same time, the gap of China’s urbanization development is not balanced. And the gap is widening between East and West. The urbanization development of Shaanxi Province, as a key area of Northwestern province, has a positive role in promoting northwest regional urbanization development. Therefore, in order to prevent urban disease, to promote the development of urbanization in the western region, Shaanxi Province healthy degree of urbanization development has highly theoretical and practical significance.Firstly, from the background the paper raised the significance of Shaanxi Province and healthy development of urbanization; then based on domestic research of urbanization sustainable development, urbanization quality, new urbanization and healthy development of urbanization, this paper analyzed their concepts, difference and connection of urbanization appraisal theory. And taking it as a basis and combining the previous understanding of the concept of healthy development of urbanization, we put forward a new concept of healthy development of urbanization. By contrast to Present Situation of urbanization development among Shaanxi Province, nation and developed areas, we analyzed the characteristics of urban development in Shaanxi Province. Binding the concept of healthy development of urbanization and the properties of Shaanxi Province, we established evaluation system of Shaanxi Province Urbanization healthy development. Select entropy TOPSIS and state-space method to establish evaluation model for healthy development of urbanization index system for the empirical analysis of Shaanxi Province. Combined with the model results, analyze the constraints of Shaanxi Province healthy development of urbanization in recent years. We found that only we continue to vigorously promote healthy and sustainable ecological environment, optimize the allocation of resources, further optimize the relationship between economic development and urbanization development, rational to build infrastructure and continue to vigorously promote all-round rapid development of urbanization that it can promote the healthy development of urbanization of Shaanxi Province friendly. This article provides policy recommendations to promote the development of urbanization in Shaanxi Province, provides a theoretical basis for the healthy development of urbanization research in other provinces and provides a theoretical basis for enriching theoretical system of urbanization.
