Research On Performance Excellence Model Of Rizhao Port

Performance Excellent Management Model is a method of organizing comprehensive performance management which widely used in the world. More than 80 countries and regions establish their evaluation criterion of national quality award based on the Excellent Performance Mode. National standard of Evaluation Criteria for Performance Excellence which implemented in 2005 has laid a theoretical foundation for the enterprises to pursuit excellence performance and improve product and service quality to enhance the core competitiveness as well as promote sustained good and fast development of national economy. It is widely used in all kinds of enterprises to promote the reform and innovation of the enterprises. It is also the important driving force for the long-term success of the enterprise.The purpose of this paper is to explore and establish a management mode suitable for the enterprise itself and promote the process of internationalization in the new normal of market economy through introducing the analysis of construct theoretical model of performance excellence and Rizhao Port imported the excellent performance mode to achieve the localization of the performance excellence model. Firstly, the paper introduces the formation background, application status home and aboard and the goal and significance of performance excellence model by the way of theory research. And then briefly introduces the methods and contents of the research, and the main frame structure of performance excellence model. The focus of this paper is to explain the process of import and construction of excellent performance mode in Rizhao Port Group, analysed the specific measures taken in the implementation process and achievements of the performance excellence model.Finally, this paper expounds the problems in the process of import and implementation of performance excellence model and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures. Through the research we conclude that performance excellence model is an effective and feasible method for the enterprises to improve the overall performance and competitiveness.
