The company plans to provide Non- academic Educational Training to elementary and middle school studentsNowadays, the non-academic educational training market is directing into marketing-divided, brand-managed and chain-business, which is inevitable to re-allot the market.How to get competitive advantage by the competitive strategy and get further development and expansion by the developmental strategy in the fierce markets? That's a serious problem for Huiquan Education & Technology Co.,Ltd.during its competitive and developmental period. Therefore, it is significant to research, construct and implement the strategy for Huiquan Education & Technology Co.,Ltd. by the theory and tools of strategy management.By using the theory and pattern of strategy management for reference and combing the market's actual competitive and developmental environment, this thesis fully researches the analyzing of strategy environment, the strategy selecting and actualizing. At the beginning, this article summarizes the external strategy environment, vocation environment, inner key conditions and ability with the analyzing tools PEST, Porter's 5 Competitive Model and Inner Key Factors. This is aimed to generalize the opportunity and threat, the strength and weakness of the organizations.After the evaluation and choosing of the strategies for Huiquan Education & Technology Co.,Ltd., this thesis attempts to determine on the strategies which goes well with its present situation.These strategies are the Difference Focusing Strategy, the Concentrative Strategy.
