Evaluation Of The Change And Efficiency Of Land Use In Village

With the development of economy and technology in China, the contradiction between growth of population and the using of land in villages is more and more serious. The land utilization in towns and villages is attracting widespread attention. Since ancient times, the restricts of economic, policies and social resources make the village have fewer people and develop slowly, which finally causes our villages to develop urgently but have no suitable programming of villages. For the development of towns and villages, the land resources is the most important thing, which is a prerequisite for all resource utilization. We can improve the economic, ecological and social benefits through implementing rational planning of land utilization in towns and villages. Only in this way, can we provide practical recommendations, measures and reference for the construction of villages and towns in our whole country.The studies of this paper is based on domestic and foreign research achievement at home and abroad. Firstly, it sorts of the changes of land use types in villages and towns, including the characteristics of structural changes and changes in the size in land use. In this way, we can find the differences from the development of cities. Meanwhile, this paper summarizes the case and the driving force of the changes of land use, in order to lay a foundation for the later efficiency evaluation of land use in towns and villages. Secondly, according to the analysis and summary of driving factors and the changes of land use in towns and villages, this paper built evaluation index system for land use in towns and villages, which is based on different functional types of towns and villages and build corresponding indicator system, using data envelopment analysis for evaluating the efficiency of rural land use and drawing the conclusion of this paper and offer practical advice for land use planning and construction of villages and towns.Finally, in order to demonstrate the feasibility and accuracy of the model of the evaluation index system, eight towns in Hailin under the jurisdiction of this paper are used. There is a total of seven years of data from 2006 to 2012. This paper summarizes the situation of land use change in the eight towns, while its land use efficiency rating. According to the results of evaluation of the relative efficiency of eight towns, and according to the rectification program provides data envelopment analysis, the study area to provide the appropriate planning proposals to improve the efficiency of land use th, prompting the region more rational land use. We can get the outcome of evaluation of eight towns’ relative efficiency and corrective programs based on data envelopment analysis. The towns which score lower in the efficiency evaluation will be offered planning recommendations to improve the efficiency of land use in the region; and higher scores of towns and villages will play a guiding role in bringing the region into a more rational and efficient use of land.
