Under the background of knowledge economy era,the explosion of knowledge and the aging of knowledge can almost synchronize.People are dynamic carrier of knowledge. When knowledge updates faster than the aging speed of knowledge,people maintain their competitive advantage.Training is activity which can update the knowledge of people,make people adapt to the new work and the social changes,make people achieve a new level.Training is the most basic and most numerous knowledge update means.TMT companies are representative of the knowledge economy industries.TMT companies,endure a relatively high rate of recession of knowledge,make the rapid development in technology,make the short cycle updated in knowledge.To keep up with the pace of updating knowledge,it is necessary for TMT companies to train staffs. An effective training is helpful to improve employees’cultural quality,professional skills,and enhance the market competitiveness of the enterprise.It is the demand for the long-term development of the TMT companies.However, the current training system of TMT companies are unable to meet the needs of employees training,and even the effectiveness is not obvious.The main methods of this thesis which has been used documents research,cases research and compared research.With the application of the system model of enterprise training,this thesis is divided into four parts in order to study the employee training of the TMT companies.The fist part analyzes the concept of employee training and the great significance for companies.And mainly dissects the system model of enterprise training which is the basis of analysis that have been recognized widely.Then the definition of TMT companies,staff features and connotation of TMT companies training are expounded.The second part introduces the development situation and the current situation of staff training of the TMT companies,and analyzes the existing problems of the work about staff training of TMT companies.Firstly,the training system is simple and weak for lack of strategies orientation and organization support;Secondly,the training resources is scarce and monotonous;Finally,the training operation is unscientific and nonstandard,thus reduces the effectiveness of the training.They provide the realistic basis for optimizing the employee training scheme.The third part lists the successful cases of excellent TMT companies at home and abroad,so as to summarize its training experience.lt provides revelation for staff training strategies of Chinese TMT companies.With the current conditions of the staff training and the features of TMT companies,with the system model of enterprise training,with the experience of the successful enterprises training,the fourth part proposes a few effective suggestions from five aspects which include intensive strategies orientation,increasing organization support,sound training system,perfect training resources,normative training operation.The thesis hope to supply the valuable reference for the specific program of staff training of Chinese TMT companies.
