Economic Evaluation Of Highway Project Base On Energy Saving And Emission Reduction

This thesis mainly studies economic evaluation of the highway construction project based on energy conservation and emissions reduction. With the global energy and climate change is already a major issues of common concern to the international community today, the transportation industry is the energy industry, which is one of the key industries of the national energy consumption. The highway is the lifeblood of transportation in China, economic evaluation of the highway construction project takes the important part for the study of the early stage of the highway construction project.This thesis takes the form of combination of theoretical research and empirical research, the integrated use of literature research method, comparison method, summarizes the induction technology, instance reasoning method of highway construction project economic evaluation system research. Mainly for the following research work:(1) In the research on the basis of a large amount of relevant literature, combined with the current highway construction projects are faced with the problem in the economic evaluation method and parameter, was proposed based on energy saving and emissions reduction of highway construction project economic evaluation system of the research content and research framework.(2) Based on the characteristics of highway construction projects and project evaluation method of comparative analysis, was proposed based on energy saving and emissions reduction of highway construction project economic evaluation improvement ideas, study the highway construction project economic evaluation model.(3) Research and the basic evaluation of scientific research methods and rigorous process, determine the highway construction project cost effective energy saving and emission reduction index and the calculation method of cost and benefit index, and through the economic evaluation model is set up, collect data, and the implementation of economic evaluation, the final evaluation results analysis and inspection.(4) Taking a highway construction project in Shandong Province as an example, for instance validation. And put forward the improvement on the basis of this thesis research content of highway construction project economic evaluation method of cost-effectiveness analysis.This thesis aims to through to the highway construction project economic evaluation system research, hope for more engineering consulting unit in a feasibility study work, how to do economic evaluation for highway construction projects based on energy conservation and emissions reduction to make some reference. At the same time, also hope for the future of industry of our country highway construction project economic evaluation index system research to provide some reference. Looking to invest in the construction field in this thesis, therefore, to carry out the engineering consulting work has certain reference function.
