Research On The Industrial Cluster Production Collaborative Management Evaluation Based On Lean Production

Industrial cluster emerged under the background of production specialized and division of labor, the final product in the cluster is the result of collaboration between several related enterprises. The division of labor between the enterprises in the industrial cluster is very clear, generally, an assembly enterprise is as the core, and the other supporting enterprises supply the related components. Industrial cluster is the developing trend of assembly manufacturing, product process needs multiple components and working process, which requires the cluster enterprises working together in the process of production. This article applies the lean production to the industrial cluster enterprises production collaboration management, and gets the lean production tool that used inside the enterprise extending application between cluster enterprises. This article focuses on the application of the lean production in the cluster enterprise and the enterprise production collaborative management performance evaluation, the detail is as follows.(1) This article compares the industrial cluster production collaborative management with the lean production from the objective, core content and application object three aspects, and makes sure the necessity and the feasibility for using the lean production in the industrial cluster production collaborative management, and that establishes a framework for the industrial cluster production collaborative management based on lean production. Then, introducing the detail application of JIT, TQM and TCR in the industrial cluster production collaboration management, and mainly including the detail application content and application process.(2) According to the production collaborative management content of industrial cluster, this article evaluates the collaborative management degree from the dimensions of time, quality and cost. Each dimension can be divided into basic, process and result three aspects by process analysis and KPI method, and selecting the KPI of each aspect as the evaluation index, then establishing the industrial cluster management collaborative evaluation index system for industrial cluster.(3) Using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) to determine index weight, and by using Java to develop industrial cluster production collaboration management evaluation software, and introducing the input, output and the main function of the software.(4) Taking Y machine tool industrial cluster as the evaluation object, evaluating the production collaboration management degree for it, and collecting the index data through the field investigation, then giving the evaluation result and the corresponding improvement advice after data analysis from multiple aspects.This article makes sure the feasibility of the integration of industrial cluster collaborative management with lean production, and builds industrial cluster production collaborative management framework, then establishes the evaluation index system for industrial cluster production collaborative management, and using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) to determine the index weight, it can be directly used in industrial cluster production collaborative management evaluation.
