Research On The Choice Of Carrying On Industry Transfer From Beijing And Tianjin For Hebei Province

As one of the three major economic growth poles in our country, the coordinated development of Bohai economic circle occupies an important position in the regional economic development strategy of our country. In recent years, the pace of the coordinated development is faster and faster. Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei and the surrounding cities are undergoing unprecedented change, but they also face many problems, and one of the main problems is how Hebei Province chooses the relocated industries transferred from Beijing and Tianjin. Solving the problem, we should consider the needs of economic development and also notice to balance the energy and the environment of Hebei province. Study on how Hebei Province chooses the relocated industries transferred from Beijing and Tianjin, benefits to promote the coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei.This paper takes industry transfer theory and industry gradient theory as guidance, studies the industrial transfer problems of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei Province. Based on the analysis of related research at home and abroad, it discusses about how to undertake the relocated industries. Firstly, the paper expounds related concepts and theory, and analyzes the current situation of carrying on industury transfer from Beijing, Tianjin for Hebei, and the necessity of industry transfer, and its advantages and existing problems. Secondly, it analyzes the current situation of the industry structure of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei Province, and makes a detailed analysis of the gradient of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei industry, then analyzes the relationship between Hebei Province industry and energy consumption and environmental pollution. Finally, according to the above analysis, it chooses to undertake the transfer industry from Beijing and Tianjin, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to the industry transfer.
