With the rapid development of social economy,enhance the economic benefits of enterprises,employee salary,welfare,training,promotion,good working environment increasingly high expectations,if enterprises pay and employee expectations do not match,the staff will appear negative emotions,thus affecting the healthy development of the enterprise,but if the endless staff to meet the requirements,it is bound to hinder the development and efficiency of enterprises.Therefore,the establishment of effective incentive mechanism is a relation to the enterprise long-term development work,through objective and accurate fair comprehensive evaluation of staff performance,to stimulate the enthusiasm of the staff,so as to realize the common value of enterprises and people,which need to seriously study the incentive mechanism.The purpose of this paper is to study the incentive mechanism of SJY company,strengthen the competitiveness of SJY company's human resources,and promote the rapid development of enterprises,and lay the foundation for the implementation of enterprise development strategy.At the same time,expect the research results of this paper to provide reference for similar state-owned enterprises.This paper starts with the concept of motivation and incentive mechanism,and summarizes the western classical motivation theory.On the basis of these theories,through a questionnaire survey,the current situation of SJY company and the existing incentive mechanism are introduced,and from the material incentives and non-material incentives two aspects to find out the current problems in the incentive mechanism of SJY company: material incentive equity incentive,the form is too single,not negative incentive combination,and analyzes the causes of these problems.Then in accordance with the principles of fair and open,from the material incentives and non-material incentive mechanism for the optimization design of SJY company employees incentive two aspects,and puts forward three measures to ensure the implementation of incentive mechanisms,which is to strengthen the management system to support the establishment of performance appraisal implementation of emotional and spiritual incentive,supervision organization.
