Research On Trust Pattern Of Rural Land Transfer

As an agricultural country, the transfer and development and utilization of rural land is very important for our country. In particular, under the situation of large number of the rural labor force go out and work in city, the rural land are abandoned seriously. The situation has severely disrupted agricultural production and development of rural economics. How to make the rural land transferring standard、reasonable and orderly, ensuring optimal utilization of the rural land, is the prerequisite for promotion of agricultural production and the adjustment of agricultural structure optimization and the mode of agricultural transformation and upgrading. It also is the requirements of promotion the modernization of agriculture and the urbanization, to solve the rural problems and the realization of well-off society.Based on the analysis of the theory of land and trust, takes Cao Wei Zhen of Yuanjiang County as example, the paper makes a multi-angle survey of trust pattern of rural land transfer through empirical analysis, coming to the favorable factors and positive effects of trust pattern of rural land transfer in our country. The paper also introduces the practice and effectiveness of land trust in USA and Japan. Learning from the successful experience, combining with the actual situation of our country, the paper proposes some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. In addition, I hope that this paper can bring a certain reference value for future researchers.
