As the core content of Chinese business culture, the old Chinese enterprises make lots of contributes to our economic development and social development. Old catering business is one kind of old business representatives, it has become the symbol of precious cultural wealth and soft power at many fields. Chinese catering business has heavy historical heritage, it not only has generations of products and processes, but also contains historical and cultural background and cultural heritage. But, it is sorry to see that many Chinese catering business disappeared after entering the new era because of lacking competitiveness and the surviving business have to face different problems in the process of development. This paper was designed from the perspective of culture, exploring old Chinese food companies how to explore their own to enjoy the unique cultural resources. It combine with the rapid development of modern society, in order to achieve the unity of cultural heritage and application of the cultural soft power, for the protection of and the development of Chinese enterprises catering old suggestions.Firstly, this paper uses literature research scholars combing theories and practices related to cultural construction on old catering enterprises. On this basis, using interviews and questionnaires to the Chinese restaurant old corporate customers and employees on business food culture and other aspects of cognitive investigation, analysis and summarized using cultural construction companies catering old problems such as lagging corporate leadership management concepts, catering old this intangible value of cognitive and social needs of the serious gap in maintain and explore the old corporate catering cultural resources do not in place, and finally it combines the theory of corporate culture proposed measures to deal with issues related to food and beverage companies honored.Firstly, the main reason for Chinese old catering enterprises is lacking understanding of its enterprise culture and value understanding, such as the lack of understanding of the culture, the lack of using of resource of culture. Secondly, Chinese old catering enterprises should set the enterprise culture as the core competitiveness, taking enterprise culture from a representative of the local flavor, snacks and non-staple food fruit characteristics old catering enterprises. Finally, taking the theory of cultural construction in the modern enterprise management as a guide, strengthen the building of enterprise culture, making full use of the excellent traditional culture protection policy and enterprise moral capital, realizing the organic combination of the time-honored catering brands enterprise culture resource advantage and the development needs of the modern society.
