Research On Coal Mine Safety Supervision And Benefit Analysis In Lingyuan City

In recent years, with the rapid economic development, coal mine safety supervision labor problem is becoming more and more prominent in Lingyuan city, especially with the demand of mineral and energy resources increasing. Due to excessive exploitation and the lack of effective safety regulation, coalmine accidents have frequently taken place, which lead to a huge casualties and economic losses. Based on mine work safety supervision and safety benefits studies of Lingyuan, concepts for coal mine safety supervision, the theories of coal mine safety supervision benefits, it puts forward some countermeasures and proposals to improve the efficiency of coal mine safety supervision in Lingyuan city, which is supported by relevant literature data and the questionnaire survey on coal mine safety regulatory status quo of Lingyuan city.First, the dissertation outlines the background, significance, the main contents, methods of research and relevant theories of coal mine safety supervision, and then it explores the concept of coal mine safety supervision, the benefit of coal mine safety supervision, as well as the purpose and significance of coal mine safety supervision, which is theoretical basis of this study.Then, looking up Lingyuan city coal mine safety supervision problems through questionnaire method investigates Lingyuan city coal mine safety status. Based on the survey, problems of coal mine safety supervision are disclosed, including safety supervision backward, safety regulatory functions cross, safety regulatory standards arbitrary and weak safety supervision team building, and so on. By analyzing the causes of the problems of coal mine safety supervision in Lingyuan city, the lower efficiency of coal mine safety supervision in Lingyuan city results from following main reasons, local interests and regulatory constraints concept of safety regulation, regardless of the main responsibilities, imperfect safety supervision mechanism and safety supervision lack of incentives.On this basis, the dissertation proposes to increase the effectiveness of coal mine safety supervision strategies in Lingyuan city, by means of strengthening supervision of coal mine safety awareness, dividing rationally regulatory functions, implementing safety regulation and accountability system strictly and improving means of supervision and the quality of supervisory staff to solve the problems in safety supervision in Lingyuan city.
