In the era of Quality times, the quality management is increasely vital. In contrast to other types companies, copper processing companies with features of low industry concentration and massive constraints more need great quality management to solve confusions of poor-management and the whole industry being in dilimma. With the increase intergration of Modern Quality Management, Quality Management System and Environmental-Occupational Health and Safety Management System and so on are becoming mainstreams, bringing in new opportunities for copper processing companies. Therefore, the re-building of Quality Management System has significant practical and theoretic meanings. The paper researches as followings:The first chapter describes the research background: describes the origin and dissemination, integration with other management systems trends, valid evaluation and related researches in copper processing companies of quality management system through current demostic and foreign literatures and reearches. Then on the basis of this, the paper proposes the concrete meanings, contents and framework.The second chapter studies the theoretical basis of Quality Management System rebuilding analyzes three management issues in copper processing companies, and further relevant strategies. Then, this chapter innovative researches the combination of risk management and integrated management, further subdividing integrated management into systems and processes. After the analysis of intergration stage, the chaper designs related risk controlling process for system and process. At last, the chapter is the steppingstone for the third chapter.The third chapter studies the design process based on intergrated management and risk management rebuilding model in copper processing companies, using system integration method to design the running architecture, management manual, procedures documentations of system intergration process, using process reenginerring method to design the organization structure, resource allocation, production process of process reengineering process, using FMEA method to design the risk controlling process after system intergrted, using risk coordiate graph, which is the key to identify critical control point, to design the risk controlling process after process intergration.The fourth chapter studies the system and method of effective evaluation for reconstruction model. On one hand, the chapter selects performance excellence criteria as the basic model through contrastive analysis of different quality models, further building corresponding indicator system with chapter 3. On the other hand, the chapter selects FAHP as the basic algorithm through contrastive analysis of different evaluation algorithm, innovative employing the combination of genetic algorithms and Monte Carlo simulation to improve FAHP algorithm. Besides, the improved FAHP algorithm has verified its validity through numerical examples.The fifth chapter identifies the validity and effectiveness of rebuliding model in copper processing companies through the example of H company.The sixth chapter is the summary and prospects of this paper.
