| With the rapid development of China’s market economy, companies recognize the importance of human resources. In the company’s human resources management, The salary system is the most important. Reasonable salary system can promote the efficiency of enterprises. This article mainly studies how to establish a reasonable salary system.This paper uses case study method, statistical analysis method and comparative analysis method. In the course of the study, we found that there are many problems of R company’s compensation system. We will analyze the problems, then we will design the new salary system for R company. At present R company existing salary system salary structure, performance evaluation and other aspects need to be further improved. We can optimize the salary system promote the enthusiasm of the staff and to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.The conclusion is that: First, reasonable salary system can improve the efficiency of the staff. Second, reasonable compensation system can reduce labor costs and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.
