The Influence Of Industrial Structure Change On Economic Growth In Jilin Province

Since reform and opening up,China’s economy has been growing rapidly, and the economy of Jilin province has been growing rapidly, after the strategy of revitalizing the northeast old industrial base has been put forward for more than ten years, it has made great achievements. But since 2013, Jilin province’s economic growth was slowing trend, showing the GDP growth rate fell faster, the large decline,shows a lack of stamina for economic growth, which cannot be separated from the fact that,as one of the representative old industrial bases in Northeast China,Jilin Province has accumulated so many Structural and institutional issues in the long term.Among these problems, the industrial structure failed to meet the need of economic growth is one of the most important reasons which slow down the economic development speed. If we can timely upgrading the industrial structure and adjust the proportion of each factor in different industries, then the level of the province’s production efficiency will be increased. At present, Jilin province has ushered in the key stage of transformation of economic increasing mode. It is an event with great realistic sense that we can push forward the economy increasing in the healthy and rapid situation of the province smoothly or not through the upgrading of industrial structure. This paper focuses on the impact of industrial structure change on economic growth in Jilin Province,so as to put forward the adjustment of industrial structures.On the basis of the domestic and foreign theories, this paper summarizes the core ideas of the contact between industrial structure and economic growth, and puts forward the framework and index system of this study. First, this paper takes the total output value of Jilin province and the value of the three industrial as the index, and using Eviews statistical software as a tool, the effect of the change of the growth rateof the added value of the three industries on the GDP of Jilin province is studied.Then, this paper take the main industries of the second and the third industry as the index to give the analysis of the effects of changes of the growth rate of the increased value in the main industry of the second and the third industry on the growth rate of the increased value of each industry, thus draws the following conclusions:(1) the second industry in Jilin province is the main power to promote the economic growth of Jilin Province, the third industry development lags behind, the first industry contribution rate is relatively steady;(2) In the second industry, manufacturing has played a major role in promoting the growth of the industry, followed by the construction industry and mining industry.(3) In the third industry, wholesale and retail and logistics warehousing plays a leading role in promoting the growth of the industry, and other service industry contribution rate is relatively inadequate, showing that the problem of the development of the service industry in Jilin province is not coordinated.
