Study On Disparities Of County Economy And Affecting Factors In Liaoning Province

County economy as one of the research branch of the regional economy, is playing more and more important role in the social and economic structure. Under China’s special national conditions, plan urban and rural economic development, improve the urban-rural dual economic structure and focus on solving the “Three Rural Issues” is an important measure to reform market economic system. Therefore, discussing county economic development patterns deeply, understanding Disparities of county economy and the reason for the Phenomenon has become the objective needs for China’s economic development.Liaoning Province as an important link connects the Mainland and the Northeast provinces, located in the intersection of Central Bohai Bay Economic Circle and Northeast Asia. Meanwhile, as the strategic province for Northeast Area Revitalization Plan, which is approximately equal to the sum of Heilongjiang, Jilin in economic aggregate. In recent years, economic development in Liaoning Province is under a worried trend, the growth rate declined year by year. In 2014, the province’s GDP growth rate was only 5.8%,is 29 th in 31 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions. County economy as a part of economic structure influenced the state of all province’s economic development. County economy as an economic structure in Liaoning Province, an important component to a large extent influence the state of the province’s economic development. Balanced development of urban cities and towns, finding out the growth potential of the county economy, giving priority to the development of county economy has become the most important economic development efforts in Liaoning Province.In the study of county economy, this article refer to related basic theory and research results of regional economic, composited domestic and foreign scholars research methods and conclusions, used statistical methods such as data analysis, multiple regression, explore on the disparities of county economy growth and possible affecting factors in Liaoning province.This paper analyze 17 county-level cities and 27 counties, in a total of 44 basic administrative units’ multiple economic data of Liaoning Province from 2004 to 2013. From the perspective of measurement indicators, the absolute difference and relative difference are measured, find the development trend of economy disparities is that absolute difference gradually increase, the relative difference small increase then decrease gradually.In the aspect of affecting factors for county economy growth of Liaoning Province, use every county(city) per capita GDP of Liaoning Province as the panel data, establish multiple linear regression model by Eviews6.0 to test five factors’ correlation and the degree of influence. By testing secondary industry occupies, per capita total retail sales of social consumer goods, per capita general budget expenditure, urban fixed asset completed investment and per capita saving deposit balance, draw a conclusion that county economic growth of Liaoning Province have connect with county industrial structure, the level of consumption, government regulatory capacity, the ability to attract investment and household savings and other factors.For above studies, combined with the reality of the development trend of the county economy in Liaoning Province, this paper suggest that accelerating new industrialization progress, consuming to drive economic growth, the government plays a regulate functions and strengthen efforts to attract investment could narrow the gap in Liaoning Province county economic growth, in order to achieve the coordinated development of all province’s economy.
