Compensation system should be in their own strategy as a starting point, under the support of its strategic benchmark, fulfilling the effective incentive to employees. At present the majority of Chinese enterprises pay system according to the related process and system to build,this led to the compensation system lacks in the strategic planning on the basis of management,serious out of its own strategy. Standing in the perspective of enterprise strategy to build compensation system and its optimization is the future development trend of compensation management.In this paper, on the basis of the compensation theory, based on the height of the strategy of the enterprise itself to think about the royal mud fang problem current compensation system, optimize the royal mud fang existing compensation system. First, this paper deeply studies the compensation system and strategy of the enterprise itself, the matching relation between analysis the deficiency of traditional pay system, found the advantage of modern compensation system, so as to clear the compensation system based on enterprise strategy optimization direction, again on the basis of clear royal mud fang based on enterprise strategy oriented compensation management, finally clear the royal mud alleys and compensation system optimization direction.This article applies the method of systematic and structured royal mud fang was optimized based on the enterprise strategic compensation system, the comprehensive analysis of the royal mud fang in the related problems of the existing compensation system, on the basis of analyzing the problem to take corresponding measures to solve the problem. First introduced the enterprise strategy and compensation system optimization of the related theory; Next to the royal mud fang themselves strategy and compensation system present situation made a concrete analysis; Finally aimed at the problem based on enterprise strategy on the basis of compensation system is optimized.Article focuses on the royal mud fang compensation system based on enterprise strategy optimization, through the enterprise’s own strategy and compensation system optimization of fusion thought research, standing on the basis of their own strategic optimization compensation system, and the final enterprise and the staffs of the bridge by the pay system optimization for implementation, ultimately satisfy the business enterprise in the fierce market competition.
