With the rapid development of economy, soda ash production capacity continues to increase, market imbalance between supply and demand, and market competition is becoming increasingly fierce, Qingdao Soda Industry marketing channels by huge challenges, channel conflict is becoming more and more serious. Because of the long-term lack of awareness of channel conflict management and effective management mechanism, in the face of the increasingly serious problem of channel conflict, Qingdao alkali industry marketing management personnel, helpless, can only see recruit and recruit, very passive. Therefore, how to prevent and effectively solve the channel conflict, the maintenance of the stable development of channels, become difficult problem of Qingdao alkali industry marketing and management personnel.This study through the literature research and empirical analysis combining research methods, the Qingdao alkali industry marketing channel conflict problems and solving measures. This paper is divided into 7 chapters. The first chapter mainly introduces the research background, purpose and significance of the research, the research trends and trends of the domestic and foreign channel conflict, and points out the main contents of the research, and gives the technical route and research methods.
