The Research Of The Protection Of Farmers’ Rights During The Land Circulation Process In Jinjiang City

Since 1980s,with the rapid industrialization and urbanization,transferring speed of the rural collective lands dramatically accelerates,several arguments concerning land circulation are also in full swing.Jinjiang became one of the top ten cities of country’s comprehensive strength and the vanguard of Fujian county economy, which promoting urbanization revolution,"Jinjiang Mode" became the typical urbanization pattern in China,in the process of urbanization,the growing demand for non-agricultural construction land, the urgent requirement of focused land transferring in modern agriculture and the demand for new rural construction planning give priority to make land transfer reasonably.How to ensure the land circulation successfully without damaging the interests of farmers,and protection of farmers’land rights are the urgent need to address the problems, it is a "people-oriented" philosophy that reflected urbanization.In this paper, the protection of farmers’ rights is the object of study, taking Jinjiang City,a city with higher-lever urbanization,for example,analyze the situation and current problems of city’s Farmers’ Rights protection in the process of urbanization and land circulation,and make relevant measures about protection of farmers’ land rights, which provides a reference for the protection of farmers’ rights and interests, in Jinjiang City during the land circulation process.
