Research On Value-added Services Of Hebei Tobacco Logistics

As the core business in tobacco industry, logistics is widely regarded as the third profit source in addition to reducing material consumption and improving labor productivity. Providing value-added services is an important part of differentiation strategy for logistics enterprises and key measure to provide extraordinary innovation service to meet personalized requirements and to improve the level of logistics services to gain value profits. It also has far-reaching significance to improve service, reduces the operating risk and improve business performance for the logistics enterprises.Based on the development situation of national tobacco logistics, this article accurately grasps the development trend of modern logistics, makes full use of successful experience of modern logistics in tobacco industry at home and abroad after consulting a large number of literature data. Taking the tobacco logistics system of Hengshui Branch in Hebei tobacco as the research object, this article takes further investigation to find out quality problems and potential in the process of providing services. The article determines the weight of indicators about quality of service through the AHP, takes quantitative analysis of the customer satisfaction by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, and uses the decision tree as a prediction model to measure economic effect of value-added scheme of developing logistics service. The innovation of this paper is to put forward the connotation of "tobacco logistics value-added services", take deep mining and exploration from three aspects which is basic value added, extended value-added and expand value-added, systematically design three value-added service channel of tobacco logistics. Replying on the design of Expanding Value-Added Service Channel, this article researches on and puts forward six kind service modes, including Diversification Strategy, Function System of Regular Chain Experience Store, Collection Point for Return Goods of End Customer, Logistics Market Expansion, and Logistics Financial Services.The article also designs the implementation of value-added service of tobacco logistics and puts forward the way and content of the logistics company entity reform in order to explore a new way for the survival and development of tobacco logistics.
